WD hard drive makes noise and stops spinning up

hi,
i have WD 2.5 inch model: WD5000BEVT. i connect to power. it spins up and speed down then makes clicking noise 2 times then spins up. this event repeats 5 times before it stops spinning.
i don't know what problem with this disk (head, firmware or spindle seizure).

just curious, you say that it's head, but can we change head?
