seagate st3000dm001 please help

hi
i have a 3tb seagate st3000dm001-1ch166 with CC29 firmware
it's take long time to read drive. shows in bios but made my pc boot very slow during post
no clicking sound and its spinning. it take a lot time to windows and hdd utility softwares torecognize it.
when i tried to read it with data recovery software it tooks too much time to start reading data and reading speed is very low
some times it show "cant read source" but some times it reads data
softwares dont show its smart
and task manager show 100% active time all the time with no transfer rate
i connected to serial with putty and this is shown when turning on

is there a command to test drive
please help
data is not important just want to try fix hdd

Failing heads and probably firmware issue...bin it...those drives can't be fixed to make a reliable drive again, they never was in the first place.

but help me identify the problem
how can i test heads?
is there a way to repair firmware?
if this gonna die then i can experiment on it
which commands i can use?

is there something wrong with head 2?
does it makes all hdd failure or a part that heads number 2 on it?

sory for posting continuesly but i don't know how to edit my post here

know i'm doing resistance test again after restarting drive and it shows this:
Head 00 Resistance 0131
Head 01 Resistance 015B
Head 02 Resistance 0101
Head 03 Resistance 0120
Head 04 Resistance 0151
Head 05 Resistance 012B

is head #2 doing OK?
why it has so much different reading?

It's just a piece of junk so forget about it.

If the drive were mine i wouldn't even bother to "fix" it neither i would had used it to start with !!!!

But i could try to disable head 02 with SeDiv just for the fun of it...

I just have an usb ttl converter
No pro hardware tools
It will be grate to make it works temporarly to atleast recover part of data. Can i do so?
How can i check for firmware problems?

Head 2 frequently fails on these drives.
