Data recovery and disk repair questions and discussions related to old-fashioned SATA, SAS, SCSI, IDE, MFM hard drives - any type of storage device that has moving parts

One of my drives is reported as a "caution" rather Fair or Good in the
Crystal Disk Info program. I'll assume it's only gathering SMART data since I do not know all the specifics of the program.
How cautionary is the uncorrectable sector count? And is there a solution with HDD Guru tools?

Some news on this issue/topic from previous.
After a backup routine with a different clone tool which is Acronis in this case the HD with the Caution flag in CrystalDiskInfo has changed upward from Fair to Good.
Acronis shows that it automatically refreshes the MBR when running its clone operation.
The Yellow "Caution button" by 'uncorrectable sectors 200' went from Yellow to Blue which is 'ok'.
What could cause such a change?
