SAS controller and Barracuda ES.2 hung-up

Do anybody faced issue cloning seagate barracuda ES.2 1 TB ST31000640SS ?
pc 3000 scsi (not with ASPI settings) can read sectors from utility only...
i have tryed 3 controllers but i can't clone...drives are good but hungs any cloning software and pc3000 SCSI too..

Have the drives got bad sectors?

I've had a few that on a regular SAS controller, they seem to drop offline.

Was able to image with Deepspar SAS Imager

i have 6 drives, i can read fw of all , tracks, i know for sure 3 are perfect...

does somebody cloned that drives before? (sucesfully)

In utility: correct capacity, can read sectors
in DE: wrong capacity (488 MB ) can't read sectors
