Unexpected I/O Error

April 4th, 2014, 17:49

I'm using Lenovo ThinkPad Edge S430 and currently deleted some files and unplug a sd card incorrectly.
Then my explorer.exe started malfunctioning and I got no choice but reboot my laptop.
At first I can access to the recovery page but it stuck at the fixing process and freezed.
Then I reboot several and the problem still exist.
After about 5 tries, when I reboot there's no longer an option to the recovery mode.
Instead, It showed a black page with error 0xc00000e9 with the description of unexpected I/O error.

I seeked help from my fds and start the bad sector recovery tool, some of sector of recovered but it stopped with "different on UNC".
What does it mean?

Is it virus or HDD malfuntion? Can someone please help me?
I really appreciate if someone can figure this out...
It's very urgent as I have important project due soon :( :(
