Options for Recovery with no PCB

What are the options for recovery of a WD Caviar 1.5TB with no ROM information? The board was sent for adaptation as the ROM is on the Main Controller IC and USPS have lost the board. I have all the drive and board details, but no ROM.

toooldforthiscrap, I'm located in the USA if you'd prefer not to send it to Europe. My rate is $650 + parts for that type of recovery. It the missing data is just sentimental and not business related, I can even discount that down some.
