i have this hard drive with 3 heads,
firmware : VDK71GTE0XWKZK
i can read the data from head 0 and 1 but cant read from head 2
either head is faulty or RSVD F module cause problem?
i also have following modules faulty , HLR2, AMPM, DMP1, WRT0, WRT1,WRT2,@@01@@02, SRST
any one has the resources for pc3k ?
i can try to write the RSVD module and see how it is going to work otherwise i will offer to customer either head replacement or the data from only two heads
thanks in advance

I vote for head fault, per model.
To me it should not be a problem to perform a headswap and get data unless there is media damage. Do you at least get "some" read , even if the drive struggles to read, or nothing at all ?

i have managed to recover some data by using "build head map" option, head 0 and head 1 completed reading the data without fault but head 2 failed to read

On Hitachi, definitely a bad head. Now that you've got the sectors from the other two, swap and try to get the last. Just make sure the platter isn't scratched. Otherwise you'll just waste a set of heads.
