Hi all

My problem is my hdd is not formatting.

BARRACUDA ES.2
ST31000340NS
F/W : MA08
P/N : 9CA 158-053

SO FRIENDS TELL ME MAY I UPGRADE THE FIRMWARE TO SN06 OR SN16 WILL THIS PROCESS SAVES OR MAKE MY DRIVE ACCESSIBLE AGAIN.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO UPGRADE FROM MA08 TO SN06 OR SN16.COZ FAMILY IS SAME.
PLZ HELP
