New version of sediv release

Hi
new version of sediv 3.9.8.3 is released with great functions and some bugs fixed.
1. read and write regions.
2. transfer region from one head to other head.
3. support ARCO for FIRE BIRD, HUBBLE, JAM MICA_4KV.
4. bugs fix for mariner hard disk which becomes slow after reserved ARCO.
5.C H S scan added to test all head tracks zones on every head.
6. A.T.A scan added to scan and add bad sector directly into p list.
7.added function to repair slow responding of latest hard disk.
8.manual ARCO improved.

Can repair bad sector in SA?

yes it was able to repair SA bad sector. if the bad sector on SA of 1 head is greater then limit, then you can transfer region to next head.
