Toshiba 500 GB busy Problem

Hello,
I have a Toshiba 500GB hard disk, it was clicking.
model # MK5061GSYN

after few clicking its sound becomes smooth but shows busy. if i connect only PCB then PCB remains busy for long time and cannot become ready status.
any body know how to deal with that hdd?
The problem is in its ROM, this problem also happen due to G list damaged or track # 1 damaged, in this situation if we connect only PCB then it comes to ready status and then we repair G list, and problem solved.
but this clicking problem i didn't understand, heads are not damaged. if i change the head then problem still remains,

any body know how to solve this problem ?

I Think it's a headproblem...drive tries to ID but after a few clicks the heads return to ramp and the drive continue to spinn...but no head activity.

after head swap problem same. i replace head three time with donor hdd.

Did the donorheads work back in donor drive?..if not probably MD, if it does probably not compatible.
