can any one know him how to depop head in seagate .
which command use to depop and how can i check will be sucessfully deppop head

On F3 seagate hdd can't depop heads, should be possible with some terminal command but this will not help you to recover data or to fix the drive.
To recover data from F3 drives you have to do head map on ram while cloning with special tools as pc3000 DE or Deepspar DDI
