SCSI Hard Drive's PCB Issue - PLEASE HELP!

Dear all,

I've a faulty HP SCSI HDD. It doesn't spin up at all

Capacity: 36.4GB
Model: MAP3367NC
Part#: CA06200-B70100DD
Date: 2003-10
GNP: 271837-003

I've an identical donor PCB and it spins up the drive but obviously for a short one.

I'm totally new to SCSI drive, so it will be very grateful if anyone can tell me whether this PCB has TVS diodes & ROM? If it does, please let me know the location

Check the fuses. I can help you with voltage test points if you are up to measuring them, but it would help if you didn't cut off the edges of the PCB in your photo.

F5 is a fuse.

F5 is a fuse.

That's the 5V fuse. There appears to be a second 12V fuse at the top left corner of the QLogic disk controller. This fuse looks blown.
