I have a failing internal Hitachi HDD. It is detected in BIOS and My Computer.
It is partitioned consists of 3 primary drives and 1 logical drive (50GB used at 300GB). What I want to save is the data at logical drive. However, when I tried to access the folders inside each drive, it will take long time before it ends up hang.
I tried to partition clone to my new healthy HDD. First, using macrium and failed due to 22 broken pipe. Second attempt, using easeus todo also failed (not sure what caused it). I scanned with Hitachi WinDFT, it only showed that the HDD has unknown element failure.
Anyone experience similar thing? Did you able to recover your data? Thanks a bunch!

You probably have bad sectors that prevent reading, clone the drive with some freeware like rd-rescue and after that work with the clone.
