HDD of 2TeraByte ST2000DM001 in state BSY

Hello I have a hard disk of 2TeraByte ST2000DM001 PCB: 100687658 REV C ,in state BSY.

The terminal output is:

Boot 0x40M
Spin Up
Trans.

Spin Up
SpinOK
(P) SATA Reset

LED: 000000BD SAddr:0000988E

And do not answer any command. Please I need help to find a solution to this problem.

Main Code (diskware) can not be read.
Likely to require replacement heads, to read data.
Repair - a little real.
