3tb Seagate hdd not working !!!

my 3tb nas Seagate all of a sudden stopped working now i have taken it apart n got a video of the same pls need help iam having my impo data on it... But the data recover company aur costing me a fortune fot it to repair .. I have posted the link to my hdd pls help me with the prombl & suggest me with a solution for the same & to be on the safe side iam having a same working hdd of the same model but what i dont know is that is it a pcb prombl or something els as if the lens r not reading i can replace them with the working one but its a big risk so just wanted to the confirm first what the prob is... I'd say it was an accident waiting to happen, but looks like it already has

That band that you see on the top platter is a giant scratch, it should be a perfect mirror across the entire surface. Toss the drive and consider it a life lesson learned.

Unfortunately there is nothing else to do.
