Looking for help diagnose/fix Samsung HD103UJ

Hi,
I have Hdd Samsung HD103UJ. It’s not visible on system (windows). When i connect to the terminal and reset software (RT command) next connect by USB to PC then it‘s appear in system. I can make partition but format fiald.
I try to lern how to diagnose what’s wrong (maybe some terminal command?) and try to fix it. It’s my lerning hdd and i can do evrthing to test.
Any help will be appreciated
