Is the "info" email address the one to use for bug reports and tech support in general?

I'm currently working with an MRT Lab user who is having a problem with the "MRT Programming unit". I notice that your most recent changelog doesn't include any programmer updates. The symptoms (dropped dwords) look like a buffer overrun problem, which in turn may be caused by an interrupt servicing issue. But that's just a guess.

Yes, If someone has any questions about our product or bugs need to report, they can send to the "info" email address.
Thank you very much for your feedback. If you can offer more information about the problem you meet. That will help a lot. ; )
