ce-log err on seagate 7200.7

first i boot hdd on str com
terminal log show me error ce-log
then i fix it with fix error log
after that show is ok

then i restar the hdd

it's come back show error log

what step if i want this hdd work again

i dont want to recover data only refurbish the hdd

thanks to your answer , but i think str cannot do for depop head....any suggest other software...?
