My friend gave me the "WD caviar green 1 TB" as bad so to test it! I attacched it to my pc and I was able to see all data.
The day after I can see nothing and BIOS said no model, size 0, and no serial, ....
Hard disk spins ! Can I hope to recover data by replacing PCB with same firmware/bios version?

can you use DMDE and get an image of the HDD, then do DR on the Image.

Then...

BIOS says no model, no s/n only zero size
If I link hard disk as second SATA channel, before Windows finishes to run it's reset and restart again, so there is loop. If I unlink hard disk, OS goes right.
I tried to run sea tools but it stops, freezes to work if I run long test, after few seconds.
In Windows I doesn't see hard disk.
I can see disk when I use usb to sata adapter but dude says device is not ready and it cannot start scanning.
Only the first time I saw correctly hard disk but now....
suggestions !?!?

What means SA module?

if data are valuable for you, then contact pro recovery service.
There are a lot of problems with WD caviar green(ROM or heads).
Do you hear some clicking noise from drive?
For DIY you will need drive with identical data on sticker and ypu will need to transfer ROM to donor drive.
If you don't have tools and knowledge, then outsource it.

Most probably Bad heads or media damage.

I found out when I plug power, hard disk starts to spin and few seconds later it stops with 1-2 light tick noise.
Do you think always it's problem about heads?
I read about bios replacement but I have some experience in electronics but no smd technology, do you think it's necessary small solder or air hot gun?

it's hard to say in what condition is your drive.
If you wish to replace PCB, check if you have U12 chip on your PCB. The best way is, if you post Picture of PCB( inner part with parts). You Will need to transplant U12 chip from your PCB to new one.
The best way is hot air gun, but you can also with small solder( harder)
I don't know from where are you from, but sometimes someone Will recover you files for resonable price. After that, you can play with drive.

he mean, what is the purpose of SeDiV rar file.

The drive has a reserved System Area (SA) that contains various firmware modules. There is also some firmware in the flash memory on the PCB.

SeDiv (demo version) is a software tool that can read the above firmware. Many problems in WD drives are related to "damaged" SA modules, eg MOD 32.

if your mb have 4 sata connectors and your primary drive is on port 1, then connect your damaged drive to port2.
In device manager disable secondary channel.
then in sediv select secondary channel.

OK, I have only 2 SATA ports.
I'll set BIOS as you indicated.
So I will link damage hdd to 2nd port and in Windows I'll disable this port.

Problem!
When I try to open Windows with damage disk, attached to 2nd SATA port, Windows often cannot to reach desktop icons because it reboot automatically.
If I remove damage disk, OS boots correctly.
Bios cannot see hard disk completely, only size which is zero, so some settings cannot be enabled (e.g. data transfer to 32 value or smart feature)
