HM321HX PCB defective

Hello friends ..

i have this drive with PCB issue .
i would appreciate if someone can assist fixing this PCB as no donor available ..

What are the symptoms ?
Disk not spinning up?(any power surge problem reported by client ?)

Checked the input voltage (+5v) beyond the usb connector?

any components getting unusually hot?
you can check input voltages across capacitors

If you have an oscilloscope you can check the signals better than multimeter

but some more information required from your side
