hello guys how are you hope you will be fine after a log time i am going to Q of my wd1600-22zct0 the drive have no spin i think pcb is bad . but the Q is how can i swap rom in this series because the pcb no is :701499 and this pcb is not include 8 pin chip rom so how can i fix that thanks for advance

Have you tested with another PCB to see if it spins?
