It varies depending upon model and family.

What is the complete model number of the drive?

Hey there Tiago Costa,

While it is possible with the right tools, it is highly recommended that you do not attempt to change the head of your drive on your own as this involves opening the enclosure and voiding any warranty that it might have. Moreover, you would risk contaminating the environment inside the disk and damaging the platter which might lead to data corruption and loss. This is usually done in special clean rooms by professionals. I would suggest checking if your drive is still in warranty and contacting our support to check if it can be exchanged.
Since you are having problems with your drive, I would suggest backing up all your data on it if possible as soon as possible in case the disk fails. If that already happened and you cannot retrieve your data, I would recommend contacting a data recovery company in case you need your data back.

Hope this helps, if you have any questions, feel free to ask :)

If you don't know the answer to this question, then I kindly doubt the head change procedure will produce any good results.
