Old IBM OEM drive 3.2GB.
Drive become ready on SD tool, but any operation cause error. Suspect heads.
Do I need to put any attention to donor(model, part no., date)

Do you have a lot of donor options to choose from?

We had similar IBM recovery a long time ago, had only one donor and drive behaved really weirdly. We suspected surface problems as well, but were unable to verify that properly.

Go ahead, old-school is fun, and also you may become one of the few people here, who successfully handled such recovery.

Dear Dmitri,

thank you for your replay.
I was able to recover files with SD DC in first attemp. Heads and drive become ustable after that.
