 Post subject: Makebad utility vs MHDD MAKEBAD command?

what is teh difference between Makebad utility and MHDD MAKEBAD command? Are they both the same? Did MHDD later add the MAKEBAD command for convenience after the Makebad utility was made? Which should i use? Thank you for your time.
