ES.2 500GB still recalibrating

Hello

We have ST3500320NS ES.2 500GB
it calibrates, one click, calibrate, one click.... and it's repeating without end

Cannot access Terminal, only for 2 seconds.. then LED error

Is it head related? probably one head defect... or SA problem ?

According to your description it's classic LED CC bug.
Just the standard solution doesn't work due to the firmware specifics. If I recall correctly after a long week, only SN04 FW (which is quite rare) will behave differently on ES.2.
