You might get lucky and find a replacement PCB, but chances are it will cost as much or more than a new/used drive.
I wouldn't waste time in fixing the drive if you don't need the data, bin the drive and move on in my advice.

Check the resistance of the fuse and TVS diode with a multimeter. Let us know what you find before proceeding.

In both cases of TVSE and FUSE, Multimeter put at 200M gives reading of 0.9 (both straight and reverse way)

Confirm the resistances on the 200 ohms range. If the fuse is open (which appears to be the case), then that may be the only problem.
You should also confirm that there is no short between the 4R7 coil and ground (Vcore), and between pin #1 of the SDRAM (Vio) and ground.

Thanks Fzabkar.
Multimeter was in 200M range not in 200 range- any diff?
I will be checking shortly other points.
You used to to give tutorials in every point. Would you be able to provide tutorial/effective guide on the new points to check.
