Seagate - ST2000DM001 BIOS Swapped [ Recovery Possibly ? ]

Hello All,
I Got a Seagate 2TB Case Model No ST2000DM001 , FW :CC49 .The Native Board I Recovered Was Not Working .I Got a Replacement Board For The Same And Swapped The Patient Board ROM To Donor .The Patient ROM Chip Seems To Be Serial No : Z1E8KFTF but the actual HDD is S240Q7L6 . My question is that is ROM reconstruction possible in this case .The pictures for Actual HDD Is listed Below And The ROM Picture with Serial No is Also Here .

PS : If anyone Can Handle This i Will Be Glad To Share The Profit of Data Recovery .No issue With Tools And instruments Required For Getting This on Its Knees Back .Payment Would Be Done Via Paypal

what happend to the native ROM chip or to the native pcb ?
Also if the drive doesn't spin even with non-native ROM there are more problems with the drive...

The HDD came to me after passing hands from another data recovery company .The native PCB is confirmed bad by me .Its also physically tempered with and the HDA does not spinup with this .The ROM Installed In This Does not seem native to me .Reading it with " Boot Mode " On Donor PCB And Also Dedicated ROM Programmer Confirms That .The Text is visible At Location 70032 clearly .In India Data Recovery Charges Cannot Be More Then USD 500 For This Case .So if This is not good enough i cannot help that as i am sitting in india not USA .

PS : Since i am active since dec 2014 in DR Field i am myself spending about 12 hours daily to the job delicately and patiently learning new things .Seagate F3 family is one drive family that came into force when i had temp quit DR for 2 to 3 years to to a business change .You will see a lot of stuff comming from me soon on various subject with active participation.I Understand That if I use a ROM From The Same Family i will have to change some sections to suit my patient HDD .You and many other have done some work on this i have seen that but right now i am busy sorting out a lot of new and pending stuff in DR .I hope you appreciate a straight forward answer from me on this subject

Well,
Fully understood that .But i have also explained my situation and Current Financial Situation In India For DR In General .

There is only 2 or 3 users here that know how to recover ROM on F3 ARCH without native rom, so it's a "Secret" and it will cost you $2000-$3000 to get it done, and as it's a very profitable secret don't even bother to ask how it's done.
It's either pay or bye-bye data !

Just Learned How it can be done For Approx 600USD Also .But for Our Client This Too is Out Of An Option .Appreciate everyone Help On This Specially Spildits Help .
