What do you suggest me to diagnose my very damage slow hdd?
I have 1.0 TB Western Digital Hdd WD10TPVT- 00U4RT1, I tried to access to file system with Linux live but it's too slow!
I can see all my data, someone told me about re-lo list damage...

How can I diagnose problem?
