In my opinion you have 1x 320GB hdd = C: + D:
plus (the new ?) 1TB hdd = E:
D: with only 85MB for gaming data is definitely a nonsens ....
Disconnet the new drive and restart your system to check the drives/partitions again.
I bet that the E: drive disappeared.
If thats the case, you should use the E: drive for gaming data (and rename it).
