Cut (disable) some sectors at the beginning?

I have a toshiba mk3265gsx. first 100000 LBA I have some bad so i need to cut some 100000 LBA. How I can do it please help.

you can use mini partition wizard tools and discard the first at least 1 GB from begining and then repartion the hdd after this postion

Also PC3000 beta now can cut zones too.
