Hello, I dropped my laptop with a 2,5" WD3200BPVT HDD, after that the HDD power on but it doesnt spin.
I made a video with the open HDD. Anyone can help me?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h_oqPxG28ww

If necessary I can do more videos

Theres no important data in HDD, so I decide to try any recovery as possible.

I´ve already do this with another HDD with "no spin" issue. Just opened and starts spin manually and solved the problem.

 Be sure it's an identical drive though! And if the ROM versions don't match, it might not work.

But on the video the drive spins.
The problem is most probably that the heads are smashed and they can't leave the ramp, hence the sound. This drive needs clean room work and imaging to have it recovered, so it's not something you can do on your own, because you're lacking experience, equipment and knowledge.
