Data recovery and disk repair questions and discussions related to old-fashioned SATA, SAS, SCSI, IDE, MFM hard drives - any type of storage device that has moving parts

I have WDC WD7501AALS-00J7B0 700gb Hard drive, and in the last few years, there have been some weird problems with it.
Continuous writing of weak sectors. But its almost always happen when I turn on the PC, and around 30 pass that. That's why I developed pattern not to download anything or write any data during that time.
When my hard drive stub upon those sectors it will get stuck on it, trying to read it, and there's one click delaying noise.
It's Pretty weird behavior, and cant find to find solution for this, been trying few different Sata slots and cables, now installed new motherboard, still the same.
Hard drive still has 0 bad (relocated) sectors tho and I don't want to discard it.
