wd passpot drive cloning

hey guys how are you ?
My wd passport 500 gb personal data on this drive
drive slow on the the reading and i have trying to cloning from ddrescu but the problem is drive cloning very slow after 24 hours just complete 1 gb :(
i am trying to check head on wdr drive all heads are ok but i found error servo test in head 0. so can any please suggest me what can i do for this job ? thanks

Convert to sata, run slow responding fix, clone, decrypt.

sir can you please tell me which sata card is match on this pcb no thanks..

for PCB 771814, 771820 and you'll need to transfer the ROM chip
or you can convert it to SATA by wiring to E71 E72 E73 E75 and removing C31 C37 C13 C18

i am trying to place 771820 and swap rom but drive not spin up :(

you swapped the U12 or U14 ? is all pins in good contact ?

what REV is the 771814 and what is the 771820
the REV of the donor is a later REV than patient ?

both are REV-A in the embose on the card

Check your soldering work.
And after swapping ROMs, search the forum for manual slow fix for WD.
