Sectors couldn't read After User Partition in ST1000DM003

i don't know disk's story.
i bought a bricked ST1000DM003 from net. Device manager couldn't see that drive.
After m command disk appears in Device Manager but Disk Management
sectors couldn't read after user partition format.
Current Pending Sectors is 368.
Exactly data's not important but I want to learn.
How can i recover data like that disks?
