hello i have a western digital 500gb WD5002ABYS-02b1b1 it stop work not spin not detected by the bios its full of important files and documents, looks like the pcb is faulty i read and the board Marvel BGA chip should me transferred to the new pcb to recognize the files and disc information please can someone help me thank you

Datarecovery companies usually gives free diagnostics, if you have important files in your drive i advice you to take it to a data recovery company nearby, if the issue is PCB related, it shouldn't be expensive, i recommend you to get a proper diagnostic before you try anything, maybe the price will change your mind to try anything by yourself.

yes its true i will not try anything some one can point me for a truisted data recovery? i am from puerto rico i can easily send to usa
also need the best trusted hd brand to buy one for my desktop
in your experience can be the board the problem?

It might be a PCB issue, you can send it to datanalyzers in Orlando, about a replacement for your drive i would say to stay away from seagates, WD's are fine but always make a back up.
