As in topic the drive came with several bad sectors for data recovery.
Start cloning the drive then starting to click, power off and power on the same ( clicking ).

Any thoughts ?

Thanks in advance.

EarlySpinup Enabled
Rst 0x10M6

that's only what I get in Terminal.
When short points get this :
EarlySpinup Enabled
Rst 0x10M
ASCII Diag mode
