i would really like to help you, but unfortunately (or not :) ) i'm not familiar with MRT, so if you want i can tell you how to do it in PC3K (but i guess you don't have it, so...) or by terminal commands, i have to say that i didn't test it so...

You have to disable the auto reallocation activities. In PC-3000 it's within (Service Aread > Edit HDD ID) menu. Or you can do it by editing module 93.

One can use Congen (by issuing the following command) to try to stop those errors.

F3 T>F0,0,22

Also one can try to Reset Congen using :

F3 T>F,,22
