In attached picture RED arrow marked component if missed or broken, Can i jumpered them?

that components(Red Arrow) broken while transferring ROM chip.

Please provide a close-up of that section of the PCB. ISTM that those components may be pullup resistors.

may i jumper it if them broken or missed? both end 2.57v when i checked in working board.

The top red marked connected to ROM Chip pin 3 and side one is connected to Pin 4 (one side) and pin 1(other end)

you can desolder it from other damages pcb.

It's really hard to say, could just be bridges, or could be resistors. They often look nearly identical. Best bet is to just transfer the ROM to another PCB and play it safe. Don't want to risk burning that out if you're wrong about what it is.

Broken part is A resistor (essential component) without it PCB may create problem or if you short it with jumper it is risky for Circuit . resistor makes current and voltage limited. can you tell me drive capacity,model and card numberl ? so i can tell you exact value of this resistor .
