Great, Therefore I suspect the MCU, or bad solder connection on PCB.
well, Moltke friend you are right, the problem is SA(SA modules), I write another Firmware: Ver: 00050065F and NO error-> CA_FLUSH_ALL_GOT_CANCELED.
Everything work's fine. , and now try to run ARCO seqence in WD MARVEL and adapt new firmware in my drive. Case Solved!!

I think so, but in my case the problem was from the beginning with FW ie contents of damaged critical modules, one with the other invalid. Well then we'll see if in the end ARCO will begin to work with the drive. :?

Case cloused, because my black
ARCO procedure correctly goes, I'm after tests 6A, 6F, Zone TPI HeadQual, everything went without errors, mod 0C was filled with set values as more mod 03 has the correct value, as so far everything is OK.

So this error was caused by a problem FW and bad entries in the ROM. Everything works fine.

Opening up an old thread, it's the only one I could find relating to this error. I was about to ask for input, but then I solved it, posting here for anyone else who bumps into it in the future.

WD20EZRZ-00Z5HB0 came in, it would open in WD utility (PC3K) but no sector access. No SA access or ROM access. These kinds of errors:

***
ROM:
ROM reading............................. : HDDs ROM reading error Data request error - Device Error Detected: "CA FLUSH ALL GOT CANCELED"
ROM Firmware version.................... : Module ID 0B reading error Data request error - Device Error Detected: "CA FLUSH ALL GOT CANCELED"

Service area:
Permanent overlay....................... : Not loaded
SA dir reading (ID)..................... : CA FLUSH ALL GOT CANCELED
SA dir reading (ABA/CHS)................ : No S/A regions info avalable
SA Access............................... : NONE

Configuration reading................... : Module 02 not found
***

I shorted TV9/10 on PCB, got into kernel mode and blocked SA access. Repowered and uploaded loader and DIR to RAM from HDD surface, reloaded utility and read all ROM, ROM mods and SA mods. All read perfectly. Couldn't see an issue. Client complained drive got slower and slower before stopping working. Heads seemed fine too.

Ran slow responding solution and reenabled SA, access, problem solved.
