The simple answer is, PC-3000 is the hands down winner and can do twice as much as all the others combined. That having been said MRT and DFL are both respectable data recovery tools that can handle most cases. Avoid Salvation Data like the plague, their tools haven't been updated in years and they simply don't work.
That ebay listing is just a RAID card and has nothing to do with data recovery.
