Seagate Momentus 750 2.5 busy problem .... help me

I have a :
Seagate Momentus 750GB
ST9750420AS
PN : 9RT14G
FW: 0001SDM5

I replace the head block , now the problem is that remain in busy state , and when i try to clear G-list with serial command I can't access , thers a method for put th pcb in F3T mode like short read channel ?!
