Customer's hdd. But I guess native.
Sometimes at start making 1 click.
Drive working sound nice. Very quickly getting ready status.

If I could find donor, I would change head.

The tool gives those numbers nonsense because it is not recognizing NVRAM well. In addition, you must be careful with MRTLAB, since with some model if the head map is modified and is left as it was, the NVRAM is altered and may not start the disk again.

The problem is a ROM failure.

1. Make backup of NvRAM from patient drive.
2. Upload NvRAM from DONOR drive to PATIENT drive .The DONOR drive have to be the same fw-microcode.
3. Power reset the patient drive (the patient drive will not spin up, but sends DRDY state for a sec).
4. Upload original NvRAM to patient drive.
5. Power reset patient drive.

This worked for me.

Cheers!
