My guess is they are either carving for raw files or using keys already made public to decrypt the data.

Is it me or are they really saying that they have a Class-100 Clean Room, ergo they can decrypt the files?

finest set up for Data recovery, Stellar has best equipped CLASS 100 clean room lab, where we can recover up to 100% of your data.
Yes but you need the FINEST setup to decrypt the files.

I should point out that they very well may be able to do what they advertise.. so anyone reading should remember the point we are making is the mention of using a clean room in the same breath as logical only recovery
