Cable is OK but External HDD plug and unplug sequential.

Hello.
I need your idea about a problem. External HDD cable is OK but when I plug it to system my HDD plug and unplug sequential. The user told me that after Scanning HDD with Antivirus this problem occurred :(. Antivirus found a Virus on HDD and remove it but after it HDD problem occurred !!!!

Any idea?

Plug it via USB Cable.
