I have a new crucial SSD that I need to do a low level format. Bought the HDDguru tool and I get this message when I try to format: 1/22/2016 9:42:36 AM Unable to lock device. Make sure you do not have open files on this device and try again.

Under the device details tab, I see this: SECURITY:
Security features is supported
The device is currently not locked

Any help in formatting this is appreciated.
