hi guys, I have the HDD Toshiba Model: MQ01ABD075 (750GB) with PCB G003235C.
I need change ROM with BGA, but I don't have other HDD with equal model.
but, the model MQ01ACF050 (500GB) have the same PCB (G003235C), with few differences on some
components.
The solder will work?
Thanks! =)

Why would you need to change the ROM ?
And if you really need to to change the ROM - I.e. chip IC602 - because it's burned or damaged and you don't have the contents, then you wasting your time and money, nothing you can do to fix this HDD, it contains unique data for this particular drive.
And for what it's worth, the only thing you need to match is the MCU and motor controller, and you must transfer the IC602.

The PCB of MQ01ABD075 it is damaged, so I want change the EEPROM (IC602) for other PCB, in this case for PCB of MQ01ACF050, because are equal. the information that I need, is, these two PCB are compatible?
I forgot to warn .
The number of PCB are identical, but the PCB it has physical differences. This is my question, are compatible?
i am asking this, because although the PCB are identical, the models of hard drives are different.
See the pictures.
Someone have any idea about the compatibility?
