Data Transfer Software With Multiple Features

I want to transfer files from a external hard drive (1TB) of which has 25% bad sector.

1) Is there a software you suggest to make the data transfer?

2) Is there a software which can transfer the files which are on bad sector? Is it possible?

3) Is there a software which scan the hdd to see how much of it has bad sector? (I want it to be pause/resume ability to continue the scan another time)

4) Can I set aside the faulty part of the HDD and use the working part? Is there a software which can set aside the faulty part of it?

5) Can HD Tune Pro do those?
