My hard drive is with problems and I'll take to DR companie, I'll take 2 buses there... The HD is inside an antistatic bag and protected by bubble wrap, I'll holding it in my hands, there's some problem just to walk with it?

The heads mess or touch the plattes if the HD is off?

mess no, touch depends on the HDD.
