WD Hubble_LT drives smart hot swap problem. Please help!

i can't write these modules, and changing back dir to original results, i cant write module 04 back.

the fact that you have recovered 3 drives with this HSA before

Okay jermy you are right, but i'm afraid, write errors made more errors (CRC error) on SA. No matter i change heads or not. With new heads also cant write SA on damaged sectors.
So the result is if heads can read, smart hot swap method could help in this case.
Why i cant write SA on donor drive with patient PCB, except when i exchange ROM 4F module in patient ROM?

Yes, tried. I have ssshh ssshhh sound from inside, and i cant initialize heads, but if i upload 4F module, then i can initialize heads, and can access to SA.

....now i have another case with a same issue.
The patient drive is a FBlite WD10JFCX-68N6GN0 with damaged module 31 and 33. I can repaire these modules, but i cant write back them, even when i shift modules offsets to free space in dir module.
I can edit and write healthy modules.
With patient PCB i cant access donor drive SA (also a WD10JFCX-68N6GN0 with same preamp revision and DCM head codein ROM) till i write donor ROM 4F module to patient ROM.
Please help how can i do a smart hot swap method on HUBBLE, HUBBLE_LT, Firebird, and FBlite drives!

It can be done that easy like for previous families due of unique things stored in 4F module. Start to think how work around this problem.

That's the stumbling block I'm coming across in my research on this.

I can easily make a smart hotswap donor using combined read modules from the patient with SA damage and 4F in ROM from the donor, but need to try and get 4F from the patient into the RAM so that the hot swap will work.

Still work in progress, but it finding the time!
