Hello All,

I got two diffrent cases with laptop toshiba drives, with exact similar symptoms..

Details of one case as-
Model : TOSHIBA MK5059GSXP
Firmware : GT001H5
Capacity : 465.76 GB (976 773 168)

1. when follow procedure for ID detection for Toshiba drive in PC3K UDMA, Gets ready and detects in utility properly, Spins continuously with no sounds.

2.While opening extractor it spins continuously but shows Error light on "INF" and "AMN" . data structure shows blank drives, Opens utility with G-List error as follows.. (image attached)

3. when opens in DE or carry out any test, its goes on Soft and hard reset and becomes busy with clicking sound..

I tried with active utility in DE
done partition analysis..

but no result.. its goes busy, clicking , Soft and Hard Reset..

and both drives in different cases shows exactly same symptoms..
